Hi, I am Hafsa!
I am a certified life coach and certified Humanistic Integrative Counselor from CPPD, which is one of the UK’s leading Humanistic Integrative Counselling training schools. Now I am doing master’s in arts of counselling and Psychotherapy from Canada. I have been practicing counselling since 2017 and have spent years of my life in Pakistan and North America that has allowed me to appreciate cultural diversity and insight of challenges to help my clients during therapy. To further enhance my knowledge and provide my clients with better experience, I have done certified courses in neurolinguistic programming, art therapy, meditation, CBT, mindfulness, and life coaching.
I am also a medical doctor, mother, coach, and human, who loves connecting with people.
I have vast experience working with nonprofit organization, college, teenagers and women of all ages and backgrounds mainly focusing on relationship issues, anxiety, fear, grief, self esteem, and depression.

My Approach
I use integration of humanistic and psychodynamic approaches for counseling, blending it with mindfulness, meditation, and different forms of arts, which is tailored to meet every individual’s need.
My priority remains to provide my clients with safe and non-judgemental space where we can work together for betterment.
For coaching I use skills and techniques that I have learned through NLP, life coaching, mindfulness, meditation as well as through counselling.
With all my learning and skills, I want to see my clients grow in all aspects of life.
Frequently asked questions
Yes, charges are taken in advance for the session. If session is rescheduled or cancelled before 48 hours there would be no charge for the session but if later than 48 hours, it would be counted as paid session.
I have a sliding scale depending on service being provided.
Currently sessions are mostly online but can be arranged in person if required.
As I am still not licensed for counseling in Canada, currently coaching services are available. While counseling service is available for clients in Pakistan and other regions of the world that accept diploma in counseling from UK.
No, as coaching is usually not covered by insurance in Canada, but it is always good idea to confirm with your insurance company.
